Rachel's baby shower

My adorable niece, Rachel, is expecting her first baby (a girl) any minute now! We had a shower for her on Saturday and had so much fun. Teresa brought the funnest game that I just have to share with all of you. Maybe you have played it before but it was new for me: It was just a simple matching game using words that have to do with having a new baby. When someone got a match then they won a candy bar that went along with the word. Here is the list. It was SO funny! We thought of several other possibilities as we played, so we will have to come up with a part II for the next

Teresa makes the most AMAZING quilts and this one has got to be one of my all time favorites! Can you believe that she started this on Thursday night? She definitely got the sewing gene in the family!


Mom made this beautiful little blanket. It is SO soft! I just love it and know it will be treasured for a long time!
